I LOVE the kiosk!! I go to SCAD and was going to share a storage unit somewhere else with a friend, but her parents weren't getting to Georgia until after my Mom and I wanted to be gone (I live in Ohio). We were able to drive up and get a storage unit in no time, and at a great price! I am renting a 3x5, which is not only the perfect size for my stuff, but also the climate control is awesome. I had also called the night before and received a very friendly call back to make sure the process had gone smoothly for me. Will def be using next summer as well!
Worse customer service. I asked them some pretty basic questions and they were unwilling to walk out to the unit and measure the door height. I need to know bc of what we will be storing. That was after never getting returned calls where we had left a message.
I had great experience. Before I even arrived, I called and was given a great description of the property and offered my first month free! When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and was immediately shown the storage room that I asked for. I paid a small deposit and the process was quick and easy! I was also given all day access for the weekend, which helped alot! The storage room was very clean and everything worked properly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Ms Lisa is a superbly awesome woman, always helped me out for the almost 10 yrs i was there. Mr marvin was exceptional as well the few times i spoke with him as well!!
