We originally went to Aaron’s to purchase a bed for our spare bedroom almost 2 weeks ago. They showed up with no phone call before we had payment....we were told the manager would be told we’d be in on 11/14 to pay, we went in and they shredded our paper work so we ended up here at rent a center! I didn’t catch the girls name that was working but she was quick to get us in the system and out the door with delivery set up! Hands down the best customer service I’ve had in a rent to own place. They’re extremely friendly, helpful and even keep a conversation going. Thank y’all for turning a bad situation into a great and quick one!
