4. The next day after returning van, I called to remind the young man about discount. Young lady who answered the phone said it was too late, the contract was closed, and maybe next time when I book to have discount applied at that time. There was nothing she could do.
3. Reminded guy about discount for non-profit org. and 5013c. He said that he would take care of it. Never received.
2. Broken right hand rear door window lock.
Phenomenal Customer Service!!! I needed a ride to the agency and they came to pick me within minutes of my call. They were very helpful with my rental and even upgraded my rental to a different class. I was very impressed with their services. Three times I have had to intrust in enterprise to rent me a vehicle and they never cease to amaze me. I'll never rent a car from another agency. Thank you enterprise for the short notice on my rental and making my weekend with my family a huge success!!!!
Great rental experience. The representatives were nice and helpful. I had to return the vehicle after hours and got a personal phone call the next morning telling me that they received the rental return and everything was good. I was even able to secure and pay for the rental using my debit card with no issues. My rate for a weekly rental was half the cost than the company I have used in the past. Enterprise in Garden City, GA is now my go to rental car company.
I rent from Enterprise both personally and for work , they are always friendly and eager to help. They have on occasion gone above what was expected to make sure that I and or the company that I work for was satisfied with there service.
Horrible! Worst experience of my life! Went yesterday to pick up my rental and THEN they tell me I need all this paperwork! Okay, so off I go back home to get it and head back to pick up my rental to find out they don't even have a rental for me! Never did! The reservation I made online was just a suggestion for the actual store. Even though it charged my card and td me I had a car made no difference what so ever! So they tell me they will call me today when they have a car for me. Guess what! Still waiting! Oh, and don't even try calling because these people don't answer!
