Staff is very nice and willing to work with you if you fall behind. Olivia is so nice. I was afraid to pick up the phone but if you keep in contact with her she will really make you feel comfortable.
They are rude and can talk to you in a real slick manner. The customer service is no longer there. I've been dealing with this company for almost 4 years. However, the change in staff is ridiculous. After I pay them off I will not deal with them again!!
